Program Overview

The College of Asia Pacific (CAP) at Kyushu University is implementing a short-term overseas dispatch program at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

Program Description

The program, titled "CAP in the Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, 2025," is an English-language program that focuses on common issues in the broader Asian region. It aims to improve English language skills and foster a global perspective.

Program Features

• English lectures by Chulalongkorn University instructors on common issues in the broader Asian region
• Team-Based Learning (TBL) to cultivate problem-solving skills

Program Period

The program will take place from August 19, 2025, to August 29, 2025, for a duration of 11 days, including departure and return dates.

Destination

The program will be held at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

Enrollment Capacity

The program is open to approximately 20 participants.

Credits

Participants will receive 2 credits from Kyushu University's general education curriculum.

Participation Fee

The estimated participation fee is around ¥3.1-3.3 million, which includes program fees, accommodation, and airfare. Note that the fee may be subject to change depending on the number of participants and exchange rates.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have excellent academic performance
• Have a TOEFL ITP score of 460 or higher, or equivalent English language proficiency (for non-native English speakers), or demonstrate strong learning motivation

Application Deadline

The application deadline is May 14, 2025. Please note that withdrawal after participation has been confirmed is not permitted in principle.
